himself for his 3rd lift. I thought he got
that out of his system back in
December, but apparantly he didn't.
This needs to fucking stop! He'll be the
only guy at the meet with his hands
duct taped to the bar.

with 480....and
missed it
He still
went to 500
on his 2nd
...and
smoked it!
