Time: Saturday, October 11, 2008 @ 10:00 AM (rules clinic @ 9:30 AM) Weigh Ins: Friday, October 10 from 10:00 AM til 8:00 pm Saturday, October 11 from 8:00 am til 9:30 am. Sanction/Rules: Open to all registered SSA lifters. All lifters must have a current SSA card. Lifters may register at meet before weigh-ins. SSA annual membership is $20 per year. Memberships for teens/youth is $10 per year. Equipment: 3 identical competition benches, 2 for warmups, York bench bars, Okie deadlift bars, 2 monolifts with squat bars. Eligibility: Sanctioned by the Syndicated Strength Alliance (SSA). Check www.strengthalliance.com for information and rule book. One piece lifting suit required. Entry Fee: $90 for full meet $65 for single lift and $80 for Ironman (push/pull) Awards: Awards for 1st thru 4th. Awards also for Outstanding Lifters. |
