| Hank mixed it up equally for best lifters. Awarding best lifter in the bench to female, which without question went to Jenny Burkey with an outstanding 260 bench in the 123 weight class. Best lifter in the deadlift was given to male. This was taken by Jeremy Phillips with his awesome triple bodyweight pull of 535. Best lifter in the Ironman went overall with Adam James dominating the event with his 365 bench and 560 deadlift in the 181 class. |
