Born in Erie, PA - Residing in Pittsburgh, PA
I started lifting when I was 16 and started competing in fitness/figure competitions and bikini modeling in 1999. I did figure competitions for so many years and became so sick of the plitics involved that just this past year (2006) I began training for powerlifting meets to give me a new challenge....and I LOVE IT! My first meet was the 2007 Monster Bench Press & Deadlift Meet in Pittsburgh, PA adn it definitely won't be my last. I am hooked!
Elaine Goodlad, IFBB figure pro, former powerlifter and all around good hearted-beautiful woman! Natalie "Natty" Freed - I saw her compete at my first meet and she is so cute and so strong and so LITTLE! I just love her...and what an isnspirational story she has!! She has a bio here as well.
170.7 squat - 132.2 bench - 308.5 deadlift
sum it all up for us:
I believe that you can do whatever you put our mind to! I know that sounds so cliche, but it's true! I love being strong and lifting heavy but I also still do fitness modeling so I will continue that. I don't believe in stereotypes for sports. I can be little, beautiful and strong all at the same time!

family background:
I grew up in Erie, PA and my family is the BEST! Thanks to my mom and dad for always supporting me even though they may not love what I do. I had scoliosis surgery when I was 14 with rods put in and then rods taken out so my spine to this day is shaped like an "S". I don't let that stop me though. My mom gets worried that I will hurt my back but honestly I believe my heavy lifting has only made it stronger. Ofcourse I have to thank my husband Chris for his love and support! I really would also like to thank Ryan Celli at Celli's Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA. He is my coach/trainer/all round nice guy to know. He has helped me get stronger and takes time out of his life to be there at meets to help and encourage me. He and his wife Dana are just some of the best people you will meet.
