Just send me an email including some simple information on: name website (if any) weight class/classes birthdate location when did you start competing/lifting biggest inspirations federations lifted/lifting in best competition lifts (powerlifters) - best placings (bodybuilders) records and/or achievments family background a summary in your own words Include a few pics with this and a page is pretty much done.
